SHIPPING

All orders are packed and shipped by Atelier NF.

Please allow 2–5 business days for orders to be processed before shipment. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Atelier NF is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

RETURNS

Unused and unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

One-of-one pieces, experiments, made-to-order items, and final sale products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
